BOARD ROOM

The Jefferson Suite

This room is the favorite meeting room of our director of sales.  Every meeting would be held in this room if possible but unfortunately it only seats 10 guests at the large oval shaped conference table with large comfortable leather chairs. 

The warmth of this room captures you and reminds you that you have just stepped back in time.

With the modern amenities of wireless internet and the capability of accommodating any audio visual requirements this room is the perfect board room for all types of meetings.  Whether it be training, business meeting or interviews this room can accommodate your needs

The Madison room

Accommodates up to 90 guests for a reception, 72 guests banquet style, 35 guests in classroom style setting, theater style will seat 75 and conference style will seat up to 20.  This room is perfect for meetings, luncheons, dinner and receptions of various sizes.

The Assembly room

The Assembly room was the formal dining room for the hotel years ago when it first opened. This room has seen some movers and shakers in its time.  It has been said that some laws and history were made in this very room.

The brilliant carpet and the beautiful lighting make this a must have accommodation for your next dinner, rehearsal dinner, business dinner, or corporate luncheon.  Depending on style of seating this room will accommodate up to 70 guests.

Memories lounge

Is a great little hidden treasure here at The Commonwealth Park Suites.
This room will accommodate up to 60 guests for a reception or 25 for a meeting.  The black lacquer baby grand piano gives this room a special charm that no other has.

With the fully equipped main bar which can be tended by one of our bartenders for your event or simply used as a gathering place to catch up and reminisce this room is selected most often just for the feel it offers when you walk through the door.

BANQUET

The Madison, Assembly and Memories lounge

All located on the same level of the hotel and in the same area, can be combined for use for one large event.  It is recommended that the space be viewed in person before making this decision but the combination of these three rooms together can create an atmosphere and flow for an awesome event. 

Dancing could be in one area, seating and buffet displays can be placed through out... the options are endless.

Menus are available to be faxed, emailed and mailed. Custom menus are also available.  If there is something you want but do not see it on the menu all you have to do is ask....if we can get it we will be happy to offer pricing.

As a professional member of the Richmond Bridal Association we are able to assist with all details of your event including DJ’s, bands, flowers, transportation services, linen rentals and equipment rentals.  No request is too small.
